The hotel was exceptional and overall clean with very amiable staff especially to the security guard and the lifeguard. The location was unbeatable and excellent for me, to the evening entertainment.

The room was exceptional, tidy, and had excellent amenities. Kitchen had a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and refrigerators. Amazing, fabulous staff that were happy to help. This hotel was set in a central area just next door to the main shopping area, a high hill on the outskirts of the resort of Playa de las Americas and the shop, sea.

The restaurant was really nice which do great meals, we ordered tasty dishes. Its nice decor with a spectacular view out to the see and into town was a nice surprise. The location was beautiful, just a short walk away from Golf Las Americas. The atmosphere created was family.

I greatly enjoyed staying here, nothing too much trouble. All in all everything was well-maintained, had a fab stay on all inclusive holidays. This accommodation was in the central location to las Américas centre. I tried some drinks at bar Old English Tea Rooms, located 10 minutes walk away. Excellent breakfasts with hamburgers, ice cream plus eggs from other dishes, the staff were all in all amazing.

I have stayed in the twin room with 2 balconies. The location is excellent and perfect, very close to a lovely new Shopping Centre. It's also very close to the nearest beach, the town / sea front and the main beach areas.
